Did anyone load this OS? What do you think about it??

Yes I have. You have to download the .exe file first and install that on your computer. After you go through all of the steps of getting that onto your computer, open up Desktop manager and it should ask you to update your OS to the one that you just installed on your computer. Then just let the update run. That's all that I did. You may want to back up all of your user-data and third party apps and stuff before hand. None of my stuff got erased during this process, but you can NEVER be to careful when it comes to loading up a leaked OS. Hope this helps.

I got the update and my phone is showing the old version (.320) and I updated it like, 2wice!) Weird

You have to make sure you uninstall .320 - DM might still be loading it.

I am having the same problem. It is still showing .320 after the download. How do you uninstall .320?

in your control panel - i think it shows as blackberry device software.... then run the exe for .451

I can't find a site that has an active link for the update. Can anyone help?

it is amazing. The best os yet for the s2...but there are better ones out there.

I couldn't load .451 either using desktop manager. And, yes, I uninstalled .320 first. But the trick seems to be to execute loader.exe directly (bypassing desktop manager). Follow the instructions .. worked perfectly. All third party apps were preserved along with contacts and most settings. A couple of the third party apps did require re-registering, but that was no big deal. The OS is very good (at least so far). I am curious as to the comment by LouiV... "but there are better ones out there"???? for the Storm 2??

I loaded .451 no problem. I think it's the best so far. very quick internet and everything else run smoothly.

I did it! I found a site that told me how to delete the other OS and then the .451 loaded and is now on my phone. I am not sure how different it is. It seems to suck up my battery. The other thing is there is a official os 5.0.0.5.1.7 that I tried and it says I will be downgrading. I don't get it.

I tried to find the site I downloaded from but it must have bee removed. Have you tried the official os?
